Welcome to The Cowfish Forum (TCF). This is a forum dedicated to the beloved species of cowfish and boxfish, ostraciids. I hope you all find this a very informational site. Please spread the word about TCF. Very Happy

A little bit about myself. I live in California at the moment. I currently have one saltwater tank dedicated to my valentini puffer Hero. That is my first saltwater tank though i have had other tanks. When i move to colorado i plan on getting a Thornback Cowfish, Lactoria Fornasini.

Wow, quite a site it is. So glad to stick around to see the development of the site into one of those mega sites!! I'm currently looking up on cowfishes, they're AMAZING !!!

A little more on myself-

I'm turning 20 this year, born in Singapore. Just finished high school, waiting enlistment into the army for national service. Currently I'm working part-time in Underwater World singapore as a diver. Proud owner of two congo puffers, couldn't wait to learn more about cowfishes.

Welcome to TCF KIONG. When you say congo puffers do you mean spotted congo puffers or the congo puffers that sit in wait on the bottom for prey? It must be cool to work as an underwater diver!

Yea, I get to learn how to maintain humongous tanks and marine lives.

I'm keeping the latter. But mine's abit more active. They have been with me since they were less than 2 cm long, and I have always lure them with food around the tank to keep them active.

Hello I'm new here

I followed Pufferfreaks link from ThePufferForum where my screen name is puffertt77 (probably should've kept it the same to save confusion:)

Along side Puffers I've always been amazed with cowfish, there's not many fish out there that you can say are weirder looking than a PufferFish Smile

I hope to have one, one day Smile
