Tetrasomus Gibbosus
Does anyone have expeirence with this fish? KIONG? I am considering getting one for my birthday!
Re: Tetrasomus Gibbosus
Humpback turretfish. sorry man, I can't really help out much on this one. but a search over the net says the max size attained is about 30cm, feed on invertebrates. pretty much like other ostraciidaes. The basic good husbandry applies i think. HEY, when's your birthday!

May 2nd! I really want a cowfish that doesnt get that big, and i guess that this cowfish only gets about 6 inches in captivity. What i reall want is a Lactoria Fornasini. But they are so rare and ahrd to find out here in the States.

You may be suprised i am younger than you think. 14 LOL. But its not that cowfish are rare over here just that certain species are. The most common ostraciids over here are the Longhorn Cowfish, Spotted Cube, and the Ostracion Mealgris(i think thats spelled right).
