I think the lighting really depends on the type of aquarium setup. FOWLR aquarium setup require less compilcated and sophiscated lighting, while reef aquarium.... phww.. lighting system terminology sometime blows you away.

I am not very learned as far as lights go so what does CPF mean. Wait it means compact flourescent. YEAH i got it. LOL
